  • What about the sales tax?
    Regnow charges applicable sales tax for orders in Colorado, Georgia, Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, Nebraska and Utah. Sales tax is automatically computed on both product(s) and shipping costs.
  • What kind of payment options can I use?
    We accept payments by credit-card online, credit-card by phone, credit-card by fax, purchase order, check, wire transfer, PayPal, ACH, postal mail. We recommend to use the credit-card online payment method because in this case you will receive your downloading link via e-mail within a few minutes of placing an order.
  • Can I change my shipping information after I have placed the order?
    Sorry, you can not change your shipping information, once your order has been submitted. The order is immediately sent to the fulfillment agency and can no longer be changed by our system.
  • How about my privacy on the filling-up form sheet?

  • I have paid. Where is my software?
    Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt as well as a downloading link. So please check your email. If you have not received any email from us, please contact us with your payment information.
  • Do I have to burn a CD?
    No. If you do not have a CD burner or if you do not want to burn a CD, please add the "Get it on CD!" option on the purchase page.
  • My CD drive won't boot, what do I do?
    Most computers are set to automatically check the CD drive for a boot disc before moving on to the hard drive. In the case that your computer is not set this way already, you will need to change the boot priority in your system BIOS. This is not as scary as it sounds and our instructions give you information on changing this as well.
  • Can I use my computer with the forgotten password to create the boot disc by logging in as Guest?
    No. Guest mode does not have the privileges that allow you to run the software required to create the boot disc.
  • Can I download it again without paying again?
    Yes you can download it again without paying again. Just contact us with your payment information.
  • Who should I contact with ordering questions about a product?
    To get answers on questions concerning ordering, payment or shipping procedures, please contact our software payment service provider, Regnow.
  • Why you don't reply my email?
    Our email may be filtered into your "Junk" or "Bulk" Email folder. So if you do not get our reply within 24 hours, please check your "Junk" or "Bulk" Email folder, especially for MSN and Hotmail users, or use your alternative email address to contact us.
  • Will this reset my administrator password?
    Yes, it will reset the Administrator password as well as any other local user account passwords you want to remove.
  • Does this program support any Windows?
    Yes, this program supports all Windows including Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP, Vista and 7.
